No. Customers scan your QR code or tap your join link, enter a name or mobile number, and get a ticket number in their browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Is ezpila really free?
Yes. The Micro plan is free forever and covers up to 100 customers a day, which is enough for most single-counter shops. You only move to a paid plan when you consistently serve more customers or need extra queues, branches, or staff seats. No credit card is needed to start.
Does ezpila work when the internet goes down?
Yes. ezpila installs to your device like an app and keeps issuing numbers and calling customers with no connection at all. Everything you do offline is stored safely on the device and syncs automatically the moment you are back online, so no ticket is lost.
